Affected Dates: 5/8/24, 5/9/24 and 5/10/24. 

Shore Rd is closed between Patcong Ave and Ocean Heights for milling/paving. Please follow the posted detour signs.

Please use Devonshire Ave, Monroe Ave, Glenside Ave, Cambridge Ave and Cheltenham Ave. to access areas East of Shore Rd.

Definition of “follow the posted detour sign:”

If the sign says detour with an arrow, turn vehicle in the direction the arrow is pointing, when safe. Continue driving until you are rerouted. 

Also, to our friends from out of town, please don’t bypass the detour signs “because your gps told you to turn…” This may place you into area’s of our town that are dead ends and will delay your arrival time to your destination and add increased frustration and possible unnecessary anxiety.
