Flood Advisory until 11:45AM 
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Missouri, including the following county, Pettis.
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 839 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Windsor and Green Ridge. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
