Northbound Folsom Boulevard at Blue Ravine Road Closed 
Traffic Alert: Northbound Folsom Boulevard at Blue Ravine Road is closed due to construction delays on the third phase of a pipeline construction project. Lanes are expected to re-open as early as 8 a.m. Detours are in place, northbound traffic on Folsom Boulevard is encouraged to use Natoma Station Drive.
