INCIDENT: P.C 459- Residential Burglary
LOCATION: 25000 Block of Starr Street, Loma Linda, Ca
SUSPECT 1: Nicholas Galante, 37-years-old, Resident of Wasilla Alaska
SUSPECT 2: Haley Maybrier, 34-years-old, Resident of Wasilla Alaska.
VICTIM(S): CONFIDENTIAL
SUMMARY: On Monday, April 29, 2024, deputies assigned to Sheriff's Central Station responded to the 25000 block of Starr Street in Loma Linda reference a residential burglary report. Deputies contacted the victim who provided video surveillance of the burglary which showed a male and a female adult enter the victim's residence and leave with the victim's personal belongings. Through further investigation, deputies positively identified Nicholas Galante and Haley Maybrier as the suspects in the burglary.
On Monday, May 6, 2024, deputies assigned to Central Station's Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) located Galante and Maybrier at a hotel in San Bernardino. Deputies wrote a search warrant for a hotel room and two vehicles associated to Galante and Maybrier. Subsequently, deputies located the victim's property and Galante and Maybrier were placed under arrest for Penal Code 459 - Burglary. Galante and Maybrier remain in custody on $75,000.00 and $60,000.00 bail.
