INCIDENT: PC-29800(a)(1) - Felon In Possession of a Firearm
H&S 11370.0(A) - Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed PC 30305(A)(1) - Felon in Possession of of Unlawful Ammunition
LOCATION: State Highway 62 and Parker Dam Road, Earp, CA
SUSPECT(S): Ivan Rasho, 37-years-old, Resident of Earp, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Monday, May 6, 2024, at approximately 11:23 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department, contacted Ivan Rasho during a traffic enforcement stop near State Highway 62 and Park Dam Rd. in Earp, CA.
During the course of the investigation, Rasho was found to be in possession of two loaded firearms and ammunition. Rasho is a felon and is prohibitited from being in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Rasho was also found to be in possession of multiple narcotics. Rasho was arrested for the above charges and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Rasho remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a bail amount of $40,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
