5/05 - 8:47 p.m. - Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress call in the 300 block of North Jefferson Street. Upon arrival the Officer found a female had been injured during a domestic battery. The male suspect had already left the scene. The female was transported via Millstadt EMS for minor injuries. The suspect was taken into custody the following day. On May 8th the St. Clair County State's Attorney Domestic Violence Unit charged the defendant, Dustin J. Walker, 33 of St. Louis, MO., with one count of Domestic Battery/Physical Contact. The defendant was being held at the St. Clair County Jail.
