* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Kendall and Will.
* WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 622 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen over already saturated areas. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Joliet, Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Romeoville, Plainfield, Oswego, Lockport, New Lenox, Homer Glen, Mokena, Frankfort, Yorkville, Channahon, Minooka, Crest Hill, Shorewood, Frankfort Square, Manhattan and Ingalls Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
