* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 25.2 feet, Minnie Ha Ha Park gazebo begins flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 25.0 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
