Starting May 13^th Dawson Construction and the City of Ketchikan will be upgrading the aging and deteriorating  City sewer main on Tongass Avenue. Construction will occur between Jefferson St and White Cliff Ave. Due to complexity of the project and location of the sewer main construction on Tongass avenue will be reduced to two lanes with no left turns allowed. Long delays should be anticipated during peak travel hours.  If possible, please use alternative routes to alleviate congestion. Please use caution when traveling through the work zone. We appreciate your patience traveling and keeping worker safety in mind.
