OWI 4th Arrest
On 5/10/24 at approximately 8:45PM, a Janesville Police Department Officer located a sport bike traveling at a high rate of speed in the Fourth Ward area. When the driver saw the officers, he left at a high rate of speed on East Court St. Officers located the motorcycle at Kwik Trip on East Milwaukee St. Darmarkus Jarvis showed signs of impairment and was arrested for OWI.
Department of Transportation Driver’s License checked revealed he had 3 prior OWI convictions and a revoked driver’s license.
A blood sample was taken and the results are pending.
Jarvis was held at the Rock County Jail.
