North Castle Police Dep't advises motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area of N Broadway between #911 and Hillandale Ave, as well as Emmalon Ave in North White Plains on Saturday, May 11, from 8AM-4PM. Roadway at that location will be closed due to utility work.
