At 334 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Bay City, or near Red Wing, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Red Wing, Plum City, Bay City, Stockholm, Frontenac, Wacouta, Red Wing Airport, Frontenac State Park, Central Point, Esdaile, and Hager City. This includes U.S. Highway 61 between mile markers 82 and 91.
