May 10, 2024:

• Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Damon Street for shots fired. A residence was struck, and casings were located in the area.
• Officers visited several schools during the day.
• Officers responded to the 1000 block of Hamilton Street for a property security check. A 48-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop at Page Avenue and Teneyck Street. The 36-year-old female driver was arrested for possession of narcotics; destruction of evidence; smuggling contraband into the jail; and multiple outstanding warrants.
• Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop near East Michigan Avenue and North Park Street. The 44-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and child endangerment.
• Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 500 block of South Gorham Street. The male suspect fled in a vehicle until crashing near Gorham Street and Plymouth Street, and then fled on foot. The 29-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated; fleeing and eluding; resisting and obstructing; and domestic assault, 2^nd offense.  
• Officer Tripp made contact with a subject at North Mechanic Street and East Louis Glick Highway. A 40-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officers responded to the 300 block of Steward Avenue for a suspicious subject. A 41-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

• Officer Bean was dispatched to the 300 block of Steward Avenue for a subject trespassing. A 32-year-old male was arrested for trespassing.
• Officer Simon responded to the 200 block of West Michigan Avenue for a subject using narcotics. A 47-year-old female was arrested for possession of narcotic paraphernalia and several outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officer Simon was dispatched to the 200 block of South Pleasant Street for an assault. A 53-year-old male was arrested for felonious assault.
• Officer Fugate responded to Adrian Avenue and East Morrell Street for a possible hit and run accident. A 32-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
• Officer Fugate was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 800 block of South Milwaukee Street. A 52-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Frazier and Officer Panther conducted a traffic stop near South Grinnell Street and West Washington Avenue. The 18-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute.
• Officer Tripp made contact with a subject in the 100 block of West Washington Avenue. A 59-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Union Street for a domestic dispute. A 49-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault, 2^nd offense.
• Sergeant Burkart made contact with a subject in the 100 block of East Washington Avenue. A 26-year-old male was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon. The firearm had been reported stolen with JSO.
• Officers responded to the 200 block of West North Street for shots fired. Casings were located in the area.
• Sergeant Kruso and MSP Trooper Howard conducted a traffic stop in the area of Cooper Street and East Michigan Avenue. The 25-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute, and multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
• Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop at Page Avenue and South Elm Avenue. The 45-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while under the influence of narcotics.

• Officer Bean responded to the 200 block of North East Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 50-year-old male was treated at the hospital.
• Officer Goings was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 600 block of Lansing Avenue. The 41-year-old female suspect left prior to officers’ arrival and has not been located.
• Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop near Mitchell Street and Everhard Street. The 56-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated – high blood alcohol content. The 63-year-old male passenger was arrested for conditional bond violation.
• Officer Frazier made contact with a subject in the 3000 block of Fourth Street. A 21-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Morse was dispatched to the 700 block of Oakridge Drive for a domestic dispute. A 33-year-old female was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, aggravated assault, and conditional bond violation.
• Officers responded to the 200 block of East Mansion Street for shots fired. Casings were located in the area.
• Officer Goble was dispatched to the 1900 block of East Michigan Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 33-year-old male was arrested for trespassing; parole violation; and resisting and obstructing.
