UTILITY: Emergency water valve repair will affect water service to blocks of Center St, Geneva St & Wisconsin St 
The Utility Commission will be repairing a broken water valve this morning on Center St. The repair requires water to be shut off to the 200 & 300 blocks of Center Street as well as the 600 blocks of Geneva St & Wisconsin St. Water service will be restored as quickly as possible.
