* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In east central Illinois, Ford.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 422 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated numerous showers and thunderstorms moving across the area with rainfall rates up to 1 inch per 1 hour. The NWS cooperative observer in Chatsworth reported 2 inches of rainfall since early afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
