- Message sent to parents of JMMS / CHS students by Corcoran Unified School District (CUSD) - 
Dear JMMS / CHS Families:
We are aware of the senseless violence which occured this weekend.
We have a great partnership with Corcoran PD, which will provide support via a presence throughout the day.
Our team will be on both sites to provide extra support, including our counseling team for students who might want to talk with an adult.
These are all proactive measures, as our priority is to provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive school environment.
If you see something, say something to either CPD or your school site adminstration. Thank you for working with us on making Corcoran a safe community.
