* WHERE...Portions of central and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In northeast Illinois, Grundy and Kankakee.
* WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 604 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rain rates up to 0.5 inches per 30 minutes. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen over the last several hours, with additional heavy rainfall ongoing. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
