* WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 929 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fairbury, Chatsworth, Forrest, Piper City, Cullom and Strawn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
