1. Shooting Into a Dwelling (2035), 2100 Block of Polk Lane, Park District
The victim, 26, was in her residence when the suspects shot at her residence. There were no reported injuries and no suspect information.
2. Weapon Arrest (2201), 2200 Block of Plymouth Road, Lakeview District
Officers conducted an enforcement stop of a vehicle at the call location. During the stop, officers found a loaded handgun in the vehicle and took both suspects into custody. ARRESTED: Kenneth Ty, 35, and Eric McKinney, 39, for weapon violations.
3. Armed Robbery (0039) 2700 Block Country Club Boulevard, Civic District
The victim, 29, was working at the call location when two suspects entered. One suspect brandished a firearm at the victim and demanded property. The victim complied, and the suspects fled in a vehicle. Officers later located the vehicle and arrested both suspects without incident. ARRESTED: Francisco Fernando Benitez
Cruz, 18, and Kenn Vasquez Campos, 19, for robbery.
