* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Edgecombe, Franklin, Halifax, Nash, Warren and Wilson.
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 744 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - They heaviest rain is falling over Nash and Wilson Counties, moving northeast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instructions:
