Officers were dispatched to the call location on a report of a subject armed with a firearm. Officers located the suspect who was in possession of a firearm. ARRESTED: Carlos Garcia 30, for weapon violations.
2. Shooting Into an Occupied Dwelling (2145), 300 Block of Sue Court, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 64, was in her residence when she heard gunshots, and her residence was struck by gunfire. There were no injuries and there is no suspect information.
3. Person shot (2359), 400 Block of South Sutter Street, Civic District
The female victim, 26, was in the listed area when she was shot. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where she was treated for her injuries. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
4. Traffic Collision (0253) Waterloo Road and Hiawatha Avenue, Park District
The male decedent, 27, was driving in the listed area when his vehicle collided with a train. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Traffic officers responded to continue the investigation
