Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection with a shots fired incident.
 
On November 24, 2023 at approximately 11:43 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2400 block of North West Street in reference to a shots fired incident with no injuries.
 
The case was assigned to Detective D’Von Stallings of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through the course of his investigation, Detective Stallings was able to identify 26-year-old Jamir Graham as a suspect, and obtained warrants for his arrest.
 
On May 14, members of the Criminal Investigations Division took Graham into custody without incident, and he has been charged with the following offenses:

• Reckless Endangering (First Degree)
• Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
• Criminal Mischief
• Discharging a Firearm within 15 Yards of a Public Road
