The Miles City Police Department is attempting to locate 15-year-old male juvenile, James Mitchell. James is 5'5"' tall and weighs about 130 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen on Main Street, Miles City at approximately 3:00pm on May 14th. He did not go home and has not been seen or heard from since. James is believed to still be in Miles City. He was last seen wearing dark blue gym shorts, an athletic shirt (unknown color) with gray shoes. James does have a black backpack with him.
