FiberComm has employed Coughlin Landscaping to perform soil and sod restoration within the Dakota Dunes utility easement areas. With recent rains the sod fields have been too wet to remove sod thereby delaying delivery. Once conditions improve and sod deliveries occur Coughlin will be onsite to perform the restorations. Our goal is to perform restorations as weather permits. 

Please Note: Coughlin will water in the sod at time of installation. They recommend watering the new sod daily for 10-14 days for the best success and this will be responsibility of property owner.
