Flood Advisory until 01:45PM

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coleman, Concho and Runnels.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Paint Rock, Miles, Rowena, Benoit, Lowake, Talpa, Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929, Ballinger Lake and The Intersection Of Ranch Road 380 And Ranch Road 381. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... FM 1929 crossing Fuzzy Creek, County Road 330 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 293 crossing Valley Creek, County Road 261 crossing Elm Creek, Norton crossing Valley Creek, County Road 264 crossing Valley Creek, County Road 342 crossing Coyote Creek, County Road 131 crossing Hog Creek, County Road 135 crossing Middle Mustang Creek and CR 116 crossing Pony Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
