Activity for May 15, 2024:
- Officer Hogan responded to the Courthouse for a probation violation. A 21-year-old male was arrested for probation violation.
- Officer Simon was dispatched to the 700 block of Christy Avenue for a threats report. A 30-year-old male was arrested on several outstanding warrants.
- Officer Goings responded to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of North Grinnell Street. A 33-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault, and resisting and obstructing.
- Officer Hogan visited with students at St. Mary’s.
- Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Greenwood Avenue. The 33-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and resisting and obstructing.
- Officers were dispatched to South Jackson Street and West Wilkins Street for a weapons complaint. A 30-year-old male was arrested for felonious assault.
- Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop near East Washington Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. A 24-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He also received a citation for resisting and obstructing.
- Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop at East Washington Avenue and Park Place. The 37-year-old male driver was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Sergeant Burkart, Cadet Richardson, and Cadet Smith attended the Ride of Silence downtown.
