Flood Advisory until 08:45PM Thursday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Liberty, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 701 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Conroe, Cleveland, Navasota, Willis, Pinehurst, The Woodlands, Washington, Shepherd, Panorama Village, Splendora, Patton Village, Magnolia, Cut And Shoot, New Waverly, Montgomery, Plum Grove, North Cleveland, Woodloch, Todd Mission and Lake Conroe Dam. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
