* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Liberty, Montgomery, Polk and San Jacinto.
* WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1022 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cleveland, Livingston, Shepherd, Coldspring, Point Blank, Goodrich, North Cleveland, Lake Livingston State Park, West Livingston, Alabama-Coushatta Reservation, Romayor, Rye, Tarkington Prairie, Segno and Evergreen. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
