Activity for May 16, 2024:
- Officer Hogan responded to the Courthouse for a warrant pick-up. A 38-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Kuhn and Officer Tenney visited with students at Hunt Elementary School.
- Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Steward Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 43-year-old male was arrested for multiple conditional bond violations. He also received a citation for trespassing.
- Officers responded to the 100 block of Wall Street for a threats report. A 29-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Gorham Street. JCYC refused to lodge a 16-year-old male for violating a personal protection order.
- Officers responded to the 800 block of Seymour Avenue for shots fired. Casings were located in the area. No injuries were reported, and no damage was located.
- Officer Goble was dispatched to the 1200 block of West Michigan Avenue for suspicious subjects in the area. A 49-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers responded to the 1100 block of Cooper Street to assist JFD with traffic control while they were working an active structure fire. It appears the fire was intentional, and a suspect has been identified.
- Officer Jones conducted a traffic stop at West Ganson Street and North Jackson Street. The 32-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and possession of open intoxicants in a vehicle.
