* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall will be moving through the area again this afternoon. The risk for heavy rainfall and flash flooding increases overnight into Saturday morning especially in areas that received heavy rainfall and poor drainage areas.
