East Fork San Jacinto at Cleveland affecting Harris, San Jacinto, Liberty and Montgomery Counties. For the East Fork San Jacinto River...including New Caney, Cleveland...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork San Jacinto at Cleveland.
* WHEN...Until late Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins as CR 1725 begins taking on water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 21.3 feet late tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 21.7 feet on 11/14/1998. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
