...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM CDT MONDAY...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Central Kansas, including the following
  counties, Marion, McPherson and Rice.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 716 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen
    in some areas.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mcpherson, Lyons, Hillsboro, Sterling, Moundridge, Inman,
    Galva, Canton, Little River, Goessel, Chase, Bushton,
    Geneseo, Ramona, Lehigh, Alden, Windom, Durham, Tampa and
    Raymond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't
drown.
