The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the publics assistance in locating a missing person. Justin Caleb Strother is a fifteen-year-old biracial male. Strother is 5’5’’ tall, 135 pounds, with brown eyes. Strother was last seen in the Ellenboro area. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Strother is urged to contact the Rutherford County Communications Center at 828-286-2911. Information can also be submitted to the RCSO App.
