• What: Severe storms capable of producing damaging wind, tornadoes, and hail. 
• Highest Risk Level: 4 out of 5 south of Interstate 90
• Where: Severe storms are possible area wide. 
• Timing: Strong to severe storms possible this morning, but highest risk of severe weather is this afternoon and evening from 3 to 9pm.
• Impacts: Damage from hail to property, homes possible. Winds could lead to tree damage, downed power lines. Localized flooding possible, with rises on some rivers and streams.
• ACTION:  Stay weather aware and have a plan! Be prepared to take shelter immediately if warnings are issued.
