Please be aware that later this evening there will be a fireworks display occurring in the area of Washington Rd. The fireworks are scheduled to begin at around 9:15 PM and are expected to last approximately 30 minutes. While these celebrations are beautiful and festive, they can also be quite loud and startling.
**Pet Owners:** The loud noises from fireworks can be distressing to dogs and other pets. Here are a few tips to help keep your furry friends safe and calm:
- **Keep pets indoors**: Ensure your pets are inside and in a secure environment where they feel safe.
- **White noise**: Turn on a TV, radio, or fan to help drown out the noise.
- **Stay with them**: If possible, stay with your pets to provide comfort and reassurance.
