NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
CONCRETE AND CURBING IMPROVEMENTS
Construction is currently scheduled to take place on Hillcrest Road from Thursday, May 23rd through Friday, June 14th.
Except for emergencies, all work will be performed between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Depending upon conditions, some work may be required on Saturdays.
There will be “No Parking” on Hillcrest Road during the construction hours and no access onto Hillcrest Road. If you need access to your residence during construction hours, you must park on another street and walk to your residence or ask a police officer on scene for assistance. Driveway aprons and sidewalks will be affected during the construction.
Overnight parking will be allowed on Ravine Avenue, Espy Road, Hillcrest Road (West Caldwell) and all side streets surrounding Hillcrest Road. Overnight parking enforcement will be suspended in this area.
You will have uninterrupted weekend access to your homes but not your driveways.
