MISSING JUVENILE AT RISK: 12 year old Emerald Walker was last seen in Tiburon, CA the morning of May 21 and is believed to be on foot. Emerald is 5’06, 150 lbs., has brown eyes and black wavy hair with a blond streak and was las seen wearing a black tank top, black pants and a black hoodie. Emerald is considered at risk.
