Beginning Friday, May 24^th, Water Street will be fully open to two-way traffic including the new turn-around area at the east end.  As a reminder, there is no parking on the south side of the street in order to allow smooth traffic flow.
 
While this phase of construction has been completed, please continue to exercise caution and obey all traffic control devices.

The next phase of construction will begin soon. The City will issue periodic project updates via Nixle PSA as needed.
