K9 VIKTOS FROM THE JANESVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEK COMMUNITY HEROES!
Janesville Police Department collaborates with non-profit 30X30 Fundraising to fund bullet-resistant vests for K9 Viktos!
JANESVILLE, WI: The Janesville Police Department and the Non-Profit 30x30 Fundraising are teaming up to provide bullet-resistant vests for K9 Viktos, two vital law enforcement team members. Law enforcement departments often turn to nonprofits for K-9 equipment. 30x30 Fundraising is now raising community funds for K9 Viktos's vests, and they're reaching out to community heroes to help with donations. The vests with a leash cost $3,500 each (with $283 savings).
Nonprofits are how most departments receive K-9 Kevlar vests and updated training and safety gear: K9 Viktos's daily responsibilities include pursuing the most violent offenders, taking narcotics off the streets, article searches, area searches, and building searches. The bullet-resistant vest provides K9 Viktos protection against stabbings, shrapnel, impalement, and handgun bullets. Fundraising is continuous to ensure K9 Viktos receive funding for their vest and training items.

Donating to K9 Viktos’s vest is 100% fee-free! If the campaign donations continue, the surplus funds will purchase vests for additional K9s in need.

At 30x30 Fundraising, we support K9 units with safety gear, training equipment, training courses, and nonprofits in their communities. Since 2015, when we began as "Keeping K-9s in Kevlar," we have actively listened to handlers' needs. The nonprofit 501(c)(3) named 30x30 Fundraising" came about in response to the growing list of requests that "Keeping K-9s in Kevlar" alone could not fulfill. We are dedicated to fostering productive relationships within the community and with law enforcement agencies to impact all our endeavors positively.
