Three juvenile victims were walking in the listed area when the suspect approached, simulated a handgun, and demanded their property. The victims complied and turned over their property. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
3. Battery on an Officer (2220), 900 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to a call of a battery. While investigating the incident, the suspect arrived and was taken into custody. While detained, the suspect assaulted an officer. ARRESTED: Oscar Lopez-Tapia H/M/26, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and terrorist threats.
