San Ramon Valley Blvd is now open, and the freeway will reopen shortly. SRPD Officers responded to assist CHP personnel during this incident. Our response included our Armored Rescue Vehicle. Once announcements began from the Armored Rescue Vehicle, the subject exited his vehicle and was placed into custody by the California Highway Patrol. We appreciate your patience!
