* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Franklin, Union and Wayne and the following counties, in Ohio, Butler and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 303 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Richmond, Oxford, Trenton, Eaton, Liberty, Camden, Lewisburg, New Paris, West Alexandria, Gratis, Seven Mile, West College Corner, Darrtown, Williamsdale, Salem, Reily, New Miami, Eldorado and Verona.
