* At 313 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Rush, or near Cannonsburg, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Grayson, Louisa, Coal Grove, Wayne, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Blaine, Beech Fork State Park, Cannonsburg, Lake Vesuvius, Yatesville Lake State Park, Barboursville, Kenova, Catlettsburg, Ceredo, Greenup, and Fort Gay. This includes the following highways... Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 173 and 191. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 20.
