TORLOT The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... Lake County in northeastern Illinois... Northeastern McHenry County in northeastern Illinois...

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 620 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located along a line extending from Richmond to near Lakewood, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* These dangerous storms will be near... Crystal Lake, McHenry, Antioch, Fox Lake, Island Lake, Johnsburg, Lakemoor, Spring Grove, Pistakee Highlands, and Volo around 625 PM CDT. Round Lake Beach, Round Lake, Wauconda, Lake Villa, Long Lake, and Port Barrington around 630 PM CDT. Lindenhurst, Round Lake Park, Lake Barrington, Venetian Village, and Tower Lakes around 635 PM CDT. Mundelein, Grayslake, Hawthorn Woods, Grandwood Park, and Third Lake around 640 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of these tornadic storms include Gurnee, Libertyville, Gages Lake, Long Grove, Wadsworth, Waukegan, Vernon Hills, Zion, Beach Park, Winthrop Harbor, North Chicago, Park City, Green Oaks, Lake Forest, Lincolnshire and Lake Bluff.
