Please be advised that the Haledon Police Department will have extra police personnel on duty during the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend. All illegal fireworks are subject to confiscation. If necessary, in lieu of Title 21 penalties, violator(s) will be arrested and charged with a violation of N.J.S. 2C:33-2b(2) - Disorderly Conduct (creating a hazardous condition which serves no legitimate purpose to the actor).
