OWI 6th Arrest
On 5/26/24 at 1:49PM, Janesville Police Officers were sent to a single vehicle crash at Milton Ave and E. Memorial Drive. A vehicle driven by Barry Lucas struck a pole. When officers spoke to Lucas, he displayed signs of being under the influence of intoxicants and failed standardized field sobriety testing. Lucas was arrested and a blood sample was taken. The results of the blood sample are pending. Lucas was held at the Rock County Jail on the following charges:
