#5 on Sheriff's Top 10 Captured on Holiday for Murder: SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN 
On August 4th, 2023, Forest Park Police Department responded to 4233 Jonesboro Road (Forest Park) in reference to a victim being shot in the head.
The outstanding men and women of the Forest Park Police Department, led by Chief Brandon Criss, were able to identify Victor Langston as the suspect, and murder warrants were obtained.
SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN placed Langston on his Top Ten Most Wanted List and instructed his Fugitive Squad to find him.
The hunt led Fugitive Investigators to DeKalb County, where Langston was at a hotel enjoying his holiday.
What he didn’t expect was that the Fugitive Squad was on the move. The hotel room was surrounded, and gas was deployed.
Langston quickly realized he wanted no more parts of the Fugitive Squad. Wisely, he put his hands up and walked out of the room without further incident. A loaded firearm was located inside the room.
He is now booked into 9157 Tara Blvd.
Night, weekends, or holidays will not stop the Clayton County Sheriff's Office. Turn yourself in, or you will be next.
