The Mayor & Council will hold a Public Meeting on June 11th, 2024, to discuss relocating the Ho-Ho-Kus Public Library to the former Bank of America building at 10 Orvil Court. The proposed new library space will feature an innovative concept plan including a multi-purpose room accessible to community groups.
The 10 Orvil Court Improvements Committee was established following a Public Meeting in November 2022 where there was strong support to relocate the rapidly deteriorating library from 91 Warren Avenue to the center of town. After many months of planning, the Mayor and Council and Library Board of Trustees are pleased to unveil a transformative plan to enhance the library’s accessibility and convenience, making it an essential destination and a central hub of the community.
Residents will hear from the professionals and have the opportunity for comments and questions. Public input is welcome and an important part of the process.
The June 11th Meeting will be held at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers.
