* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain fell across the region this morning, and flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen, and light rain will persist for a few hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Rowlett, Euless and Desoto.
