The Flood Warning will expire at 1245 PM CDT this afternoon for Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman, Rockwall, Tarrant and Wise counties in North Texas. The heavy rain has ended. Nuisance flooding of low lying and/or poor drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had a chance to recede. New flooding is no longer expected. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
